1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or Whatsapp notification with your tracking details.
2. Shipping for Pre-Orders
- From time to time, BOD India offers products on a pre-order basis.
- During the pre-order interval, products are available at a special discounted price compared to their regular in-stock price.
- Once the pre-order interval ends, we will send customers an update within 24 hours with the expected time frame in which the products will be available in stock.
- After the product is back in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours of the notified availability time.
- Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, and unforeseen delays (such as weather or logistics issues).
- Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout or communicated along with the tracking details.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number and link will be provided once the product is shipped.
- Customers can use this tracking number to follow the status of their shipment until delivery.
5. Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order.
- BOD India will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
